Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin, Putrajaya

MasjidĀ Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin will hold a variety of religious and community activities throughout Ramadan, including nightly Tarawih prayers, daily Quran recitation sessions for adults, youth, and children, as well as daily iftar gatherings. Weekday Fikrah Takwa Zuhur lectures will take place at 1.00 PM, while Bicara Fajar, a special Subuh talk, will be held every Saturday at 6.30 AM. A drive-through Zakat Fitrah counter will also be available throughout the month for convenience. In the last ten nights, the masjid will host Iktikaf Ramadan and Solat Tahajjud from 4.00 AM onwards.
Additionally, several special events will take place:
- 11 March 2025 ā Erat Ramadan, featuring Bubur Lambuk cooking, Quran Hour, and Santai Ramadan.
- 17 March 2025Ā ā Al-Quran di Hatiku, a special commemoration of Nuzul Al-Quran.
- 22 March 2025 ā Salam programme, offering foreign visitors the experience of iftar at the masjid.
- 26 March 2025Ā ā Majlis Khatam Al-Quran Perdana and Kasih Ramadan, which includes the distribution of contributions to asnaf and persons with disabilities (OKU).

Ramadan on the Street

Venue:Ā Bazar Ramadan Jalan TAR, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kuantan, Pahang and Kuching, Sarawak.
āRamadanĀ on the Streetā, organised by Fotografi Jalanan Malaysia (FJM) with the support of Sony, is the first event of its kind, combining the essence of Ramadan with the growing popularity of street photography.
FJM frequently organises Street Outing events to engage photography enthusiasts, particularly those passionate about the street photography genre. These gatherings, typically held on weekends, feature classes, interviews, photo reviews, competitions, and other activities centred around capturing life in public spaces.
For Ramadan 1446H, Ramadan on the Street will take place at Bazar Ramadan Jalan TAR, Kuala Lumpur, on 2 March 2025. The event will then continue on subsequent Saturdays in Penang, Kuantan, and finally, Kuching, Sarawak. Participants will gather at 5.00 PM for a briefing before heading to the designated bazaar. The session will conclude at 8.00 PM, following the iftar (breaking of fast), which is sponsored for all attendees.
